Total mobile marine service. We come to you. Rob’s Marine has equipped a large enclosed trailer that gives us the ability to bring our entire shop to you. This saves time and money when completing repairs. Instead of running back and forth looking for the right tool or the right part, we have it all with us. For those big jobs, we have a shop located just outside Orillia.
We are also offering winter storage, shrink-wrapping as well as spring detailing and waxing.

We work very hard for you during the peak season to have a one week turn around so you do not miss any weekends out on the water!
Our team of highly trained technician's undergo factory training each winter to maintain and upgrade their skills to assure our customers the ultimate in marine diagnostic assessments and repairs.
Rob's Marine is a proud member of ABYC - American Boat Yacht Council and has gone through the extensive training and have obtained "Electrical Certification." No other marina in Georgian Bay has acquired this status. Would you hire your Auto Mechanic to re-wire your house? Of course not, but you would hire Rob's Marine to re-wire your boat, service your engines, fix plumbing problems and/or rebuild your drive because they are properly trained in each system.

Preventative maintenance is the most overlooked service in the marine industry. Most boaters do not think about scheduled maintenance until there is a problem. Rob's Marine likes to be proactive and remind their customers when work is required an/or factory recommended. Some preventative maintenance services include the following:
- Oil changes at least once per year or every 100 hours
- Tune-ups at least every two years or 200 hours
- Water pump service
- Fuel filters replacement at least once per season
- Bellows and transom reseals inspected annually
- Shift cables inspected annually
- Anodes inspected or replaced annually
- Drive to engine alignment every two years or 100 hours
- Adjust or replace shaft packing
- Inspect and clean strainers
- Mercury Computer Diagnostic scan and print out
- Complete service to all VERADO Outboard products

Rob's Marine Service offers a wide array of services to meet your needs. These services start before you purchase your new boat and continues during your ownership. Some of the mechanical services include:
- Mechanical Inspections - this service should be done prior to purchasing your pre-owned vessel and it will give you a detailed report on the mechanical condition of the boat / engine. This works in conjunction with a marine survey. Brochures are available at Rob's Marine Service for your perusal.
- Compression and Leak Down Tests - these tests will give you insight into the internal components of your engine(s) condition.
- Engine Rebuild - if you would like a new and updated engine we can offer gas or diesel repowers.
- Stern drive Rebuilds - we are fully equipped to rebuild all makes and models with confidence. We can rebuild Mercury - Alpha and Bravo units, Volvo - single and dual prop, OMC Cobra.
- Transmission Rebuilds - we can have the follow transmissions or v-drives rebuilt and/or replaced: Borg Warner, Paragon, Hurth and ZF transmissions.

Rob's Marine is Electrically Certified by ABYC which means that all repairs and upgrades will be done to ABYC standards which gives you peace of mind that the job will be done right the first time by competent technicians. We only use quality parts like Ancor and Blue Sea for upgrades and repairs. In additon, we are now able to offer extended warranties on all products that carry an electrical current.
